BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
At the time of booking, we kindly ask for credit card details to secure your booking. No charge will be made to your card.
We understand that life doesn't always run smoothly and there are times when you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Please make every effort to contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Our appointment books are very full and there's always people waiting to take the space, but we can't fill it if you no-show.
If you do need to cancel or rescheule your appointment you can do this online up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If you are late, we will try to accommodate your treatment in the time remaining, but we may have to adapt it slightly. If you arrive more than fifteen minutes after your appointment time, it may be necessary to reschedule it.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation within 24 hours of appointment – 50% of service charge.
No show to appointment - Full amount of your service charge.
VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Vouchers are only redeemable against services at Elevate.
We accept the following payment methods: Mastercard credit & debit cards, Visa credit & debit cards.
Your order and payment will be processed and despatched by Elevate.
If you are sending your Voucher to someone else, you will be able to include a personal message with your Voucher that will be included with the postal voucher.
You are responsible to provide the correct email, mailing name and address.
This Voucher must be redeemed on or before the stated Expiry Date; any remaining amount may be used against future treatments within the stated expiry period.
If the total cost of the item/s you wish to purchase exceeds the value of the Voucher or Vouchers purchased, you can make up the difference with another form of payment.
This Voucher will not be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen.
This Voucher is valid only at Elevate.
Everything will be done to ensure that a purchaser can use the Voucher prior to Expiry Date. However, if an appointment cannot be agreed upon then the purchaser forfeits the Voucher.
If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or if the client does not show up for the appointment, where a Voucher is to be payment, the voucher will be automatically forfeited.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of Elevate is final.
Elevate reserves the right to amend or supplement these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and/or on other pages of this Site.
This Voucher entitles the bearer to redeem the product and/or services specified herein or where a general Voucher is purchased any goods or services supplied by Elevate.
Your Voucher cannot be used against any items which you ordered or purchased prior to the date of the Voucher or which you order or purchase without quoting your unique Voucher number.
Returns/Refunds of a Voucher:
All Voucher sales are final and non-refundable.
